This website policy describes Verlux Studio's current intended website practices. Specific client engagements may involve additional privacy, security or data-processing terms in the applicable agreement.

01

Information we may collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with the website and which services or forms you use.

  • —

Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business information and answers submitted through the System Audit.

  • —

Marketing attribution information such as campaign parameters, referral source, landing page information and advertising click identifiers when they are present in the URL.

  • —

Technical information that may be generated when the website or its infrastructure is used, such as browser, device, network, request and page-interaction information.

  • —

Communication and relationship records created when Verlux responds to an enquiry or continues a business conversation.

02

How information may be used

  • —

To review and respond to enquiries and System Audit submissions.

  • —

To understand whether Verlux may be a suitable fit for a prospective engagement.

  • —

To operate, maintain and improve the website and related systems.

  • —

To understand how visitors discover and use the website.

  • —

To measure marketing and acquisition performance.

  • —

To prevent abuse, investigate technical problems and protect website operations.

  • —

To maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

03

Attribution and browser storage

Verlux uses first-touch, recent qualified-touch and current-session attribution logic so that an enquiry can be connected with the marketing source that contributed to it.

This may use browser technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage to preserve campaign, referral and session information while a visitor moves between pages.

The current persistent attribution configuration is designed to retain eligible browser attribution information for up to 90 days unless it expires earlier, is cleared by the visitor or the configuration changes.

/

Attribution data used for conversion measurement should not include contact information such as a visitor's email address or phone number.

04

Analytics and advertising measurement

The website may use analytics, advertising measurement and conversion technologies when those services are configured.

Depending on the technology and applicable consent requirements, these services may receive technical, campaign or conversion information needed to measure website and marketing performance.

/

The exact tools used by Verlux may change as the website and marketing stack evolve.

05

When information may be shared

Verlux does not need to sell personal information in order to operate the website or provide its services.

Information may be shared with service providers that support legitimate business functions when reasonably necessary.

  • —

    Website hosting and infrastructure providers.

  • —

    CRM, communication and business-operations providers.

  • —

    Analytics and marketing measurement providers.

  • —

Technical vendors used to operate, secure or maintain Verlux systems.

  • —

Professional advisers or authorities where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.

06

Client data in Verlux engagements

When Verlux works with a client, client business data and customer records remain the client's data.

The responsibilities that apply to client data, including any additional security, privacy, access, retention or processing obligations, should be defined by the relevant engagement and agreement.

07

Data retention

Verlux intends to keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business records, or to meet applicable legal obligations.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods. Browser attribution information may also expire automatically according to the website configuration described above.

08

Security

Verlux aims to use technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the systems being operated and the risks involved.

No website, network, software platform or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Security requirements that exceed normal website operations should be addressed explicitly in the relevant client agreement.

09

International services

Verlux works with international markets and may use service providers operating in different countries.

As a result, information may be processed outside the country from which a visitor accessed the website, subject to applicable legal requirements and the safeguards provided by the relevant service providers.

10

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights relating to personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability.

Requests can be made using the contact information published by Verlux Studio on this website. Verlux may need to verify a request before acting on it.

/

Available rights vary by jurisdiction and are not identical in every country.

11

Children

The Verlux Studio website and services are intended for business users and are not designed for children.

12
